Author of "Spirituality Matters" Mary Holt has lived all of her life in Lancashire. She has cared for people of all ages, creeds and colour all of her life. Mary was healing from the moment she was born and still continues to do so, very successfully.

Mary is a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, a Meridian Practitioner, Spiritual Healer, Spiritual Teacher, Spirit Rescuer and Spiritual Author. Her gifts of clairvoyance and mediumship have been with her across many lifetimes.
